Our Timeline
Study GRC began as an informal study group within the Simply Cyber Discord server in November 2023. As a group exploring and discussing various aspects of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC). As the community expanded, there was a clear demand for more structured content.In response, Study GRC was officially established as a non-profit organization in North Dakota in February 2024. Following its formalization, we launched weekly live streams on YouTube, hosting sessions every Thursday without fail.By the end of January 2025, our commitment to education and community interaction led us to expand our live streaming schedule to five days a week, covering a broader range of topics related to GRC, aiming to amplify our positive community impact.We move forward with the same passion for this field as when we started.
